Learn More About Andrea

Expert in Running Rehabilitation and Sports Physiotherapy

Trained in Belgium, Andrea provides physiotherapy care for patients of all ages, activity levels and goals. His practice is built around a highly individualised approach, taking into account each patient's needs, expectations, beliefs, medical history and personal experiences. By listening carefully and understanding each person as a whole, he develops treatment plans that are meaningful, consistent and tailored to what matters most to them.

His expertise in sports physiotherapy and running-related injuries is a valuable asset to his general physiotherapy practice. It strengthens his clinical reasoning and allows him to provide personalised care for a wide range of patients, whether their goal is to regain independence in everyday life, return to physical activity, recover from an injury or surgery, or improve their sporting performance.

Passionate about running and the management of running-related injuries, Andrea has further developed his expertise through La Clinique du Coureur (The Running Clinic), an internationally recognised organisation specialising in the prevention and rehabilitation of running injuries. He completed the Expert 2.0 programme in Canada, the organisation's most advanced level of training. He is also a KinéSport Expert, having completed specialised training in sports physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation.

For several years, Andrea has also worked with the Luxembourg Football Federation (FLF). He currently holds a senior staff position with the U19 national team, contributing to player care, injury prevention, rehabilitation and return-to-sport programmes. Working in a demanding sporting environment has helped him develop a rigorous approach to rehabilitation while continuously expanding his clinical expertise.

Although much of Andrea's specialist knowledge has been developed through sport and running, its benefits extend to every patient. The principles and experience gained in these settings are equally applicable to general physiotherapy, allowing him to support people with sedentary lifestyles, physically active individuals and athletes alike.

Whether you are looking to relieve pain, regain independence, return to physical activity, recover from surgery or achieve a sporting goal, every treatment plan is designed around you and what truly matters in your life.

His goal: to help you achieve yours.

Learn More About Bastien

After graduating in Physiotherapy from IFMK Nancy in 2022, I began my career by working as a locum physiotherapist in France and Luxembourg. This first year gave me the opportunity to experience a wide range of clinical environments and work with patients presenting diverse conditions and needs. Above all, it helped me develop a quality that remains central to my practice today: adaptability.

Alongside my clinical work, I had the opportunity to gain experience in professional sporting environments, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans and several football clubs.

Following this initial year, I spent three years working in private physiotherapy practice, developing a comprehensive and individualised approach to patient care, supporting people with a wide variety of backgrounds, conditions and goals.

With a strong passion for sport, I gradually expanded my expertise in this field, particularly through the Kinésport Expert programme. This specialised training allowed me to develop a more advanced approach to sports rehabilitation, from injury management and recovery through to returning to sport and optimising performance.

I also completed training with La Clinique du Coureur (The Running Clinic), where I obtained the Plus certification. This further strengthened my knowledge of running, movement analysis and supporting runners through a gradual and sustainable return to training.

My professional journey also brought me to Luxembourg, where, in 2025, I joined the medical and performance staff of US Mondorf-les-Bains and the Luxembourg Football Federation (FLF), working with the U19 national team. These roles have allowed me to continue developing my experience in supporting athletes in demanding sporting environments.

All these experiences have progressively shaped my approach to physiotherapy: one built on listening, thorough assessment, movement and active patient involvement.

Today, through AB Physio, my goal is to make this experience and expertise available to everyone, whether they are athletes or not. Whether you are looking to relieve pain, recover from an injury or surgery, return to physical activity or improve your quality of life, every treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs and personal goals.
